Annual TX Hill Country Painting Trip

Martha is preparing for her annual painting trip to the Hill Country Arts Foundation in Ingram, TX. There she will work on large abstract acrylics and small oil and cold wax panels. It is always a time of intense creativity and productive painting!!!! Watch for new work to be posted soon!

Baker large-scale acrylics in demand at Brown’s Fine Art

Martha Rea Baker has shipped three new large-scale abstracts to Brown’s fine Art in Jackson, MS. According to Joel Brown and Allison Brown Simmons “the waiting list for Baker’s work continues to grow”. The new work has a soft light palette with compositions that work either in vertical or horizontal orientations. We have posted the new work below.

Martha Rea Baker-Guest Artist at Festival of Arts

Martha will be showing her encaustic painting “Traces of Time” at the West Plano Presbyterian Church Festival of the Arts  in Plano, Texas on September 25 from 5-8 pm.
